Our 120 square foot mobile cheese tasting room offers our customers the chance to sample the finest quality cheese with the convenience of being just outside their own door. We bring our cheeses to you. Step inside the truck and experience a tasting with our cheese experts. Chefs and cheese aficionados alike can select from over 100 cheeses on board. We are equipped to sample, cut and wrap, weigh, and sell right from the truck. This is an experience everyone should enjoy.
